Role - Test Lead
Location - Denver, CO
This role is part of a Quality Engineering and Testing practice to work on Automation Testing
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and Gather requirements for the end to end testing process
- Create Test cases and test scenarios. Develop Test scripts
- Execute Test cases / scripts in various environments (QA, STG, etc.)
- Bug reporting and Defect triage. Integrating scripts with CI/CD pipeline
- Documentation
- Collaborate with system architects, System analysts and developers to understand system requirements and design effective test scenarios.
- Conduct testing activities across multiple systems and platforms to ensure seamless integration and compatibility.
- Identify and document defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance test scripts and test data for reusability and efficiency.
- Generate and communicate test results, metrics, and reports to project stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 7 + Years in Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) for system integration testing.
- Proven experience as a System Integration Tester or similar role in software testing.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, techniques, and methodologies.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and identify root causes of issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
