Seeking experienced Project Management Analyst for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, Maryland. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the development, analysis, and coordination of policies.
- Provide direct secretariat support to internal and external governance forums - IT boards, committees, and councils
- Support business process improvements and customer management reporting.
- Assist with translating mission user requirements into detailed technical solutions.
- Develop and/or maintain guiding documents, such as transition plans and CONOPs.
- Implement improvements and efficiencies in business processes.
- Support the development and execution of project management plans that clearly articulate the scope of work, required tasks, and ensures progress.
- Provide program management support for IC Enterprise License Agreements (ELA) for software and IC-wide service contracts, to include monitoring current agency usage, establishing future needs, tracking procurement status, and gathering best practices.
- Provide program management and system administrator support to guide implementation and operation of IC-wide software applications. This may include providing monthly assessments, participating in working groups, developing, and providing training, managing software updates and user accounts, and producing SOPs.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing programs or projects in one of the following categories: organizational efficiencies; organizational operations; organizational procedures and protocols; or organizational risks.
- Functional business process knowledge, and experience in process transformation and implementation of enterprise-wide shared services for financial management, acquisition and procurement management, human capital management and/or asset management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently on their assigned deliverables.
- Candidates must have experience writing briefings and talking points.
- Candidates must have experience with Microsoft suites.
- Candidates must be able to work with multiple IC agencies and serve as an interface between agencies.
- Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
- Requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10– 13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Min 3 years of experience working with or in the IC.
