We are looking for:
- The Fellows organization within Customer Engineering consists of highly experienced individual contributors who are recognized as experts in their field, both within the company, within our customer base and throughout broader industrial and academic networks. While individual contributors by definition are not line managers, all levels of Fellow are expected to demonstrate both project and people leadership skills. The Fellows organization currently comprises Associate Fellow, Fellow and Senior Fellow positions. Progression through the Fellow ranks requires increasing areas and depth of subject matter expertise, active development of external collaborative networks, demonstration of influence, and the effective mentoring of developing engineers. As a Fellow, and a role model to aspiring engineers, you are expected to demonstrate and maintain high standards of professional integrity, technical expertise, customer focus and collaborative networking.
We count on you for:
- Support business as subject matter expert
- Be part of strategic teams to develop growth plans in various market segments
- Support or lead project teams to support Operations initiatives and/or Growth programs
- Develop strong, relevant and productive internal and external relationships with industry, academia and authorities
- Identify and progress relevant collaborative opportunities internally and externally
- Demonstrate the technical excellence of Syensqo in front of our customers
- Seek and successfully execute on relevant collaborative projects
- Actively participate in relevant technology innovation and development
- Demonstrate role model behavior
- Provide technical training across the business as required
- Support assessment of subject matter expertise gaps and succession planning
You will bring:
- Typically 15 years in a relevant composites industry.
- Typically Master’s degree qualification in a relevant academic field.
- Highest standards of safety and quality values
- Excellent standards of professionalism and ethics
- Ability to communicate effectively using various media at all levels
- Proven ability to deliver results as both team member and team leader
- Experience of success against tight deadlines under pressure
- Project management experience
- Unwavering customer focus
- External collaboration experience
- Influence both within and outside areas of expertise
