Job Description

NOTES (Include anticipated non-standard offer requirements; contractual limits imposed, etc.):     

BryceTech is currently looking for a Senior Business Associate II. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts. This role will support ASPR’s Center for Industrial Base Manufacturing and Supply Chain (IBMSC) in their mission to build a diverse, agile public health supply chain and sustain long-term U.S. manufacturing capabilities by investing in medical product Industrial Base Expansion (IBx) capacities that can enable ASPR to respond to future public health emergencies.

  • Provides direct support to Senior Government personnel in both business processes and supply chain management
  • Provide insight pharmaceutical development business best practices.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement leader, Business management and process development, statistical process control, and productivity with bottom-line profitability.
  • Provide support with innovative government programs. Form and participate in and manage independent projects.
  • Understand, draft, and deliver risk management strategies.
  • Work with program offices to advise and assist with grant and contracting needs. Assist with business operations, including tracking flow across multiple agencies.
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of operational excellence and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC)
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, communication, organizational and negotiation skills utilized to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP and Risk and Quality Management Systems (encouraged)    

Qualifications

  •  
  • Bachelor’s degree and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience.
  • Master’s degree and thirteen (13) years or more experience.
  • PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • A total of twelve (12) years may be substituted.
