Basic Purpose
This position is responsible for managing and analyzing the Real Property Infrastructure of the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Data entry and management of Property Management Databases. Archiving of documents supporting construction and financial costs of construction. Preparing documentation for Federal and State audit purposes.

Typical Functions
- Conduct Real Property Inventory Inspections at OKARNG facilities to determine type, quantity and quality of physical infrastructure assets
- Prepare Real Property acceptance forms (DD 1354) based on coordination with Plans and Construction, Planning and programing, Resource Management, and Facility Maintenance Branches, as well as GIS data and constructions as-builds
- Manage and maintain PRIDE database, populating it with accurate Real Property data gained via GIS and Real Property Inventory Inspections to support the accurate reporting for sustainment dollar requirements
- Edit database attributes, and populate data into database tables for accurate and
complete reporting of physical infrastructure assets
- Verifies and edits data in HQIIS database, to ensure National Guard Real Property
and Army Real Property databases of record are in alignment
- Archive documentation on construction projects to include costs, into the Facility Information Folder to support auditing requirements, compile documents to support Federal and State Property audits
- Maintain master voucher registration for Real Property documents to assist in document tracking
- Perform annual occupancy studies to support cost share agreements between different interests within OKARNG
- Assist in gathering geospatial data to support the mission of the Oklahoma Army
National Guard Directorate of Engineering

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Familiarization, Interpretation and Understanding of Army Regulations pertaining to Real Property, Real Property Management and Construction and Facilities Maintenance; Developing and Implementing processes for managing documentation and workflow; Data entry skills and working with documents pertaining to construction payments; Familiarity with MS Office suite of software as well as Adobe Acrobat; Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with others.
Education and Experience
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional experience for each year of the required education.
