What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support a key quality improvement initiative focused on restructuring and optimizing the company’s quality database system. You’ll analyze existing quality configurations to determine which are inactive, identify critical data that should be retained, and help streamline the overall configuration list for long-term scalability. As part of this work, you’ll build dynamic dashboards that allow the Quality team to monitor key metrics and trends across the plant. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers across the organization and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of manufacturing and plant processes while applying data-driven problem solving to real-world quality challenges.
What You Will Bring
Pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Working knowledge of Python and SQL (strongly preferred)
Exposure to statistics or data analysis coursework (a plus, but not required)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and organize complex data sets
Curiosity and willingness to learn plant processes and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Location and Duration
New Bedford, MA, 5 days onsite
June- August 2026
Compensation: $22-$26/hr
