You will define architectural direction, simplify ambiguous technical challenges, and ensure engineering decisions scale across the organization. Working in a fast-growing, high-performance environment, you will influence both technical standards and organizational design. This position requires strong system thinking, deep distributed systems expertise, and the ability to guide engineering excellence without formal managerial authority. You will also play a key role in mentoring senior engineers and raising the overall technical bar across the organization.
