Responsibilities
· Assesses the organization’s growth trends and financial trends, with the accounting team and Leadership, and promotes service line growth in accordance with organization-wide goals and missions.
· Ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in planning operations, budgets, and/or process improvement.
· Analyze budgets and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and communicate recommended course of action to COO and CEO.
· Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
· Works closely with the accounting team to ensure the company’s financial stability.
· Ability to monitor trends and provide projections to support organizational growth of new service lines.
· Completes internal audits in accordance with regulatory standards
· Ability to serve as backup in the processing of all accounts payable and payroll.
· Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related degree is required.
· Master’s degree in accounting, healthcare management, or a related degree is preferred
· Four years of fiscal experience in a health care setting which included responsibility for budgets and reimbursements. At least two years of the qualifying experience is preferred to have been in a supervisory capacity.

· Comfortable with complex problem solving and multi-stage planning in both 1-on-1 and group settings
· Familiar with EMR systems and data analysis
· Extremely detail-oriented
· Demonstrates discretion regarding confidential and/or sensitive matters, and proprietary information
· Demonstrates honesty and integrity
· Understanding of revenue cycle processes and healthcare performance metrics and terminology
· Mathematical and statistical concepts and applications
