We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager for the Last Mile team to manage Service Level Standards (SLS). This person will own delivery performance programs and mechanisms that delivery service partners (DSPs) use to manage their operations. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to:
- Analyze metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights
- Identify, develop and execute performance programs that will improve the safety, quality, and speed of customers’ shipments
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful
- Develop effective scaling mechanisms
- Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Role may require to travel upto 25% with US

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
