Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly formed team of Credit professionals based in various global locations.
- You will collaborate with regional US-based Order to Cash leaders in our Cash Collections and Order Processing organization, serving a global customer base
- You will participate in the coordination of US Order-to-Cash team activities with your global counterparts and work closely with the with Senior Director, Global Order-to-Cash Operations
- You will manage a direct report and their associated team to ensure a smooth and efficient department, whilst operating in a dual reporting structure that supports local site leadership.

- Motivate and develop team through coaching, feedback, and personal development in order to enhance individual and team performance and maximize staff retention.
- Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
- Communicate with customers and company stakeholders to build and maintain a strong working relationship.
- Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.
What your team will do:
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing direct customers and partners
- Create, maintain, and improve documentation of procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the OTC Managers to create an efficiency in cash collection activities and reduce bad debt exposure.
- Review, update and maintain the ServiceNow Credit Policy
- Management of and reporting around ServiceNow’s credit risk, including direct ownership of quarterly credit limit review processes
- Commercial appraisal of credit risk in growth territories and new relationships
- Review and approval of credit terms on customer contracts
- Act as point of contact for all matters relating to credit management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Passionate about building a world-class Accounts Receivable team
- Experience in managing a large team
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance
- 7 years of experience in finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: Previous Accounts Receivable Experience

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $120,420 - $210,780, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
