YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive scalable and reliable experimentation for SIXT Rent 
• You report to the Director of Product Digital Experience and work closely with Senior Leaders
• You serve as the main point of contact for product analytics requests about Rent Booking  
• You work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, analyze, and derive insights from A/B tests
• You gather and analyze data to support decision-making and offer actionable proposals to senior leadership and simplify complex analyses into clear, understandable language
• You work with stakeholders to identify business challenges, formulate hypotheses, and develop strategies for impactful insights 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You possess extensive experience in managing A/B tests at scale to enhance product development, with a solid foundation in statistical intuition and practical experience in data-driven problem-solving
• Tools You are skilled in SQL and statistical programming, particularly with Python
• Experimentation You ideally have prior experience in creating experimentation platforms
• Soft Skills You are a driven and empathetic communicator, skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively engaging with diverse business stakeholders
• Language You are fluent in English, with proficiency in German being an advantage
