About the team

The GTM Systems team supports our core GTM functions. We’re looking for someone who will evolve Drift’s internal tech stack to deliver ever more intelligent solutions for our Marketing, Sales and Customer teams.

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology and a strong desire to make an impact? Our Entry-Level Salesforce Developer role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. We're seeking individuals who are curious, creative, and eager to contribute to our internal tech stack, transforming it to deliver intelligent solutions for our Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and relational databases.
• Eagerness to learn about Salesforce development and its various components.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and proactive nature in seeking solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Eagerness to accept feedback and continuously expand your skillset.

This is a Hybrid role, which requires you to come into the office two days a week. Our office is located in Midtown, Guadalajara.
