The Opportunity
Note: This role may be filled at 3G or 3H level depending on candidate knowledge and experience.
As a part of the Closing Team, the Analyst-Loan Closing oversees the process of onboarding new wholesale and loan accounts. Responsibilities may include dealer interface/service; developing and driving a culture of continuous improvement; concentrating on areas of risk and loss prevention. Requires effective leadership and process management skills and ability to create effective working relationships with matrix partners and outside stakeholders. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert to internal and external customers/matrix partners. Customarily and regularly exercises independent judgment. Provides direction/leadership to New Business team.

- Ensure expenses are properly allocated to appropriate cost center.

- Follow departmental processes to ensure established metrics are achieved, dealer and matrix partners' expectations are met and loss exposure is mitigated.
- Proactively work to resolve internal conflicts and develop effective working relationships.
- Dealer Loan Onboarding: Loan proceeds advanced subject to the approved terms and conditions.
- Post loan closing activities completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee processes to ensure dealer documents completed accurately and internal system setup completed as required.
