Position Summary
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
The Senior Manager, Product will report to the Director of Offsite Product as a pivotal role for implementing product ops and commercialization for CMX with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, Digital Product, and Data Science. This position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record in programmatic media, product planning, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading product planning and commercialization process with cross functional teams
- Collaborating effectively with internal and enterprise partners to ensure all projects meet product development planning milestones
- Ensuring new product features, refreshes, and product updates are executed on time with the aid of Project Managers
- Ensuring new product features, refreshes, and product updates go through the product planning and prioritization lifecycle
- Manages the current assortment of product launches across different work streams: onsite, offsite, sponsored product, in-store
- Data Analysis: Oversee success of product feature planning by regularly monitoring performance. Track and be accountable to KPI’s such as adoption, revenue, performance
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to gather input and ensure alignment
The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:
Wellesley, MA or Boston, MA
Woonsocket, RI
New York Soho area, NY
Chicago, IL
Blue Bell, PA
Hartford, CT
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic media and product planning
- 4+ years experience in product strategy or project management
- 4+ years experience in driving product planning and commercialization process
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of programmatic media.
- Proven experience with ad tech, and programmatic integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
- Interpersonal skills as well as strong initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work both independently within a customer-service oriented environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $199,144.80
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The
