International Project Manager OneApp & OneWeb Rollout

Within the Tribe Global Digital and Assisted Channels, we are committed to providing the best possible digital experience to all ING customers worldwide through our flagship platforms: OneApp and OneWeb. These channels are central to our digital strategy, and we’re rolling them out globally to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer. 

The role 

We’re looking for an International Project Manager to lead the rollout of OneApp and OneWeb in countries that have not yet adopted these platforms. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep, hands-on knowledge of ING’s digital channels. There’s no other role within ING that offers such comprehensive exposure to our app and web environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the rollout of OneApp & OneWeb to various countries, translating business requirements into a delivery scope. 

• Develop a realistic and predictable planning in alignment with all relevant stakeholders 

• Act as the go-to person for rollout countries and internal teams 

• Utilize your stakeholder management skills to boost project productivity and ensure successful delivery. 

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with onboarded countries, acting as their account manager and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

• You bring fresh ideas to life, embrace challenges in a fast-changing and complex environment, and are naturally collaborative. 

• You are creative and can think outside the box, enjoying work in a multidisciplinary, international team in an agile environment. 

• You have education and/or experience at the intersection of business and IT, with experience in software delivery projects being a plus. 

• You are experienced with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or PACE. 

• You have experience as a Project Manager, Customer Journey Expert, or Product Owner. 

• You can manage the Product Backlog with your local or international co-located squad(s). 

• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a plus).
