Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Project Manager, to join our team.

Location

• Remote in United States

Overview

• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects as well as other assigned duties
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, MS Project, and MS Word
• Apply project management processes primarily using the waterfall approach; agile methodology may be used occasionally
• Conduct various reporting tasks using SAP Analytical Cloud and ServiceNow
• Maintain a process-oriented and analytical approach
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Manage large-scale technical projects involving cross-functional teams
• Conduct technical project planning, monitoring, and controlling of project performance
• Support onboarding of customers to various SAP products
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, teams, and managers
• Manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks to ensure timely project implementation
• Perform risk assessments, identify project roadblocks, and drive mitigations/solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance Project Management Methodologies and support organizational process improvements
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Project/Program management experience
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operations, software engineering, systems engineering, or similar
• 2+ years of experience within an SAP environment
• Experience developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
• High standard for work ethic and quality
• Experience working with highly technical teams
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project

Nice To Have

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SAP applications
• Familiarity with various cloud services and hyperscalers
