Position Summary
We have a rare opportunity here at Walmart. This role is about more than building a roadmap — it's about leading a platform transformation in the Supply Chain field that uses AI and GenAi technologies to improve how we move our products, and manage cost across one of the world’s largest supply chains.
About the team
- We’re the team driving product strategy and innovation across Walmart’s international businesses. As part of our Supply Chain and Stores Product team, you’ll shape the future of how Walmart builds its Supply cChain for the future around the world- with impact at a truly global scale.
What you’ll do:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Inventory Management systems, including forecasting, replenishment, allocation, inventory visibility, and demand planning tools.
- Partner with executive leadership to align inventory product initiatives with broader business goals such as omnichannel transformation, profitability, and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional planning efforts for large-scale inventory management initiatives and technology modernization.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
- Drive an outcomes-focused product culture emphasizing data-informed decision-making, rapid experimentation, and user-centered design.
- Ensure execution excellence through rigorous prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

- Oversee product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Leverage machine learning, real-time data, and automation to transform legacy inventory processes and systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and benchmark best practices in inventory management and enterprise software.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience owning P&L or business performance metrics at scale
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with a track record of creating and executing long-term product vision
- Ability to engage cross-functional leaders, from engineering to operations to the C-suite
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and how to build for scale and flexibility
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in enterprise or platform settings
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with experience managing large product teams
- Passion for building systems that improve supply chain resilience, and global product quality
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA, MS in Supply Chain Management, or related technical field.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced analytics platforms, or cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in forecasting and replenishment.
- Hands-on experience in the use of AI Products in Supply Chain.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in a Product Management role, and 5 years as a manager.
- Strong Bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in the development of Gen AI technologies.
- 10 years of management experience.
