We’re looking for a Senior Oracle Systems Analyst to play a key role in driving the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials across multiple business units.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting leaders to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance functionality and enable AI-driven capabilities. From planning through implementation and ongoing support, you'll be central to modernizing our financial systems and processes.
Job Description
- Apply and improve core Oracle financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and related tools across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS R12
- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes, design, and configure Oracle Fusion Applications & Oracle e-Business Suite R12 to meet specific requirements
- Execute planned configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion Applications, including testing and end-user training
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, including core financial and custom processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and user training guides
- Support integrated SCM modules (PO, OM, INV) and manufacturing processes, understanding their impact on finance modules
- Manage projects, including creating plans, monitoring activities, and communicating status to key stakeholders
- Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and guide geographically dispersed teams in technical development
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle EBS R12, with focus on financial modules and at least 4 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Financials in a multi-divisional environment
- Strong functional knowledge of core Oracle Applications, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Intercompany Module, Fusion Tax, and Sub Ledger Accounting
- Experience with Oracle Manufacturing/Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management modules
- Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, FRC, SmartView) and SQL
- Knowledge of project implementation methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience guiding geographically dispersed teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
