Our Assembler performs mechanical and electrical assembly of components for high-speed high-volume food processing machines and peripheral equipment.
What You’ll do:
$27- $30 per hour
Our Assembler performs mechanical and electrical assembly of components for high-speed high-volume food processing machines and peripheral equipment.
What You’ll do:
- Responsible for the assembly of Provisur/Formax machines and peripheral equipment working from assembly prints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and illustrations
- Test and troubleshoot completed units to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications and is the highest of quality
- Document completion on checklists and perform final inspections on assembled equipment
- Submit equipment improvements and corrections to Engineering
- A creative thinker and ‘do-er’ who enjoys solving problems and implementing solutions
- A lifelong learner with a passion for continuous improvement
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years mechanical and assembly experience
- Ability to read & understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers and use of Loctite
- Machine shop and ability to read electrical schematic experience a plus
