Senior Project Manager

If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel at balancing priorities, and enjoy turning business objectives into successful project outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>This role is based in Malta</strong></p> <p></p> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll be involved in:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":160}"> </span></h2> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key responsibilities (including, but not limited to):</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":160}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Own the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-deployment support, ensuring seamless execution and business alignment, for one or several initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Oversee multiple related project streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution.</li> <li>Define and track project success criteria, including key performance metrics, testing, and deployment outcomes.</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.</li> <li>Translate business objectives into project goals, ensuring alignment with priorities and delivering measurable commercial impact.</li> <li>Manage issues and project risks, ensuring that scoping, project requirements and decisions taken do not undermine overall project success.</li> <li>Own the change management process when projects are delivered to the organisation. Ensure that changes to standard operating procedures are made, when necessary, to incorporate project deliverables.</li> <li>Work with product delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure that development is on track and according to established requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs, ensuring projects drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and ma
