Flow with us.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities </strong></h3><ul> <li>Lead and supervise the Facilities Maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure departmental goals are met.</li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs and schedules for all facilities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations, or other projects driven by the higher management of our Organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and address facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li> <li>Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices and adherence to budgetary constraints.</li> <li>Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess maintenance needs, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards governing facility operations and maintenance.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced maintenance services, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to ensure quality and value.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Develop and maintain maintenance records, documentation, and reports to track work orders, expenditures, and facility performance metrics.</li> <li>Lead emergency response efforts and contingency planning for facility-related emergencies, such as power outages, natural disasters, or safety incidents.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and optimize maintenance processes, procedures, and technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall facility performance, in an environmental manner.</li> <li>Report to her/his manager in terms of Budget (OPEX-CAPEX), electricity and water usage, machinery downtime and other KPIs, as per management’s guidelines. </li> <li>Monitor and report via SCADA the operation of the cold storage chambers. </li> <li>Keep up-to-date all the necessary permits (buildings) and certificates (machinery) of the facilities under his supervision.</li> <li>Coordinate tasks with external collaborators to achieve maximum compliance with regulations in terms of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE).</li> <li>Maintain a record of permits and truck maintenance history within the Organization, through the company's CMMS Software.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Technical Institute or Polytechnic School). </li> <li>Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related field, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.</li> <li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of maintenance professionals.</li> <li>Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive maintenance practices and risk management.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of building E/M systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.</li> <li>Knowledge in facilities management software and computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS).</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Knowledge in CAD design software (AutoCAD) is a plus.</li> </ul><p> </p><h3><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and accountability in maintenance record-keeping and reporting.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a
