About the role

Position Summary...

Walmart is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive strategy and execution for our Omni-channel vertical businesses (e.g., Auto, Optical, Pharmacy, and Specialty Services). This role will define and deliver innovative customer and associate experiences across digital and store touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline journeys. The Director will partner cross-functionally with business, technology, operations, and design teams to prioritize roadmaps, accelerate growth, and enable Every Day Low Price and Every Day Low Cost goals.

What you'll do...

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for omni-vertical products.
  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations to build and launch products.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive adoption, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align priorities across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in omni-channel or retail product innovation.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing product teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
