- Participate in Value‑Added Services–level planning and delivery forums (e.g., PI planning, release planning, execution reviews) to support alignment, readiness, and accountability.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex execution dynamics into actionable insights.
- Track and manage dependencies and execution risks, escalating issues and supporting trade‑off decisions as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, identifying opportunities to enhance planning, governance, processes, and ways of working across Value‑Added Services.
