Growing our Western Europe Legal team, this<span> </span>Munich based</span><span><span> </span>role will enable the LEGO Group to help support the growth across this part of the business!</span></span></h1><h1></h1><h1>Core Responsibilities<br/> </h1><ul><li><p>Revise, draft and negotiate contracts.</p></li><li><p><span><span>Partner with the Europe Central<span> </span>GM and Leadership Team.</span> </span></p></li><li><p>E<span><span>nsuring<span> </span></span><span>a high level<span> </span>of<span> </span>compliance within<span> </span>competition law and data<span> </span>privacy to<span> </span>the market group.</span></span></p></li><li><p>Provide legal advice to management and departments on compliance, and regulatory matters.</p></li><li><p><span><span>Offer<span> </span>legal<span> </span>training and mentorship to internal collaborators.</span></span></p></li><li><p>May manage large and sophisticated projects or processes independently.</p></li><li><p>Engage and coordinate with interested parties outside the organization at a medium to high complexity.</p></li><li><p>Work independently, recognized subject matter authority, able to mentor others, tasks are independently identified and defined.</p></li><li><p>Communicate directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation.</p></li><li><p>Typically, end-to-end perspective includes understanding trade-offs for different scenarios.</p></li><li><p><span>Leading legal workstreams and negotiation in our Europe Central </span><span>market, including collaborating with internal specialists and </span><span>managing external counsel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborator management – from executive level to mid </span><span>management and procurement and commercial </span><span>specialist.</span></p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><span>Play your part in our team succeeding</span></h1><p></p><p><span>The WE Legal Team is a team with regional (Western Europe </span><span>markets and IPR enforcement) and global (Facilities and </span><span>Procurement) responsibility dedicated to providing legal </span><br/><span>assistance across our areas for key tasks and projects that </span><span>support the LEGO Group’s strategic priorities and commercial </span><span>agenda. </span></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span>Do you have what it takes?</span></h1><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum 5-6 years of (postgraduate) global </span><span>experience from inhouse or private practice, </span><span>including extensive experience with legal </span><span>work and processes </span><span>related to a multi-channel retail sales and marketing environment. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate and communicative attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span>German and English speaking to a high level.</span></p></li><li>Demonstrated history of navigating sophisticated negotiations and leading collaborators effectively.</li><li><p><span>Strong commercial understanding across </span><span>multiple levels of a value chain.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on legal issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Thrives in a fast paced and changing environment.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>#EL - LI1</p><p></p><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
