Oaks at Old Hickory is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! We’re looking for a skilled professional ready to take on a hands-on role in keeping our community running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Complete apartment repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond quickly to service requests & emergencies
- Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC experience required; EPA certification required
- Prior apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
- Tools, reliable transportation, and on-call availability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
