The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

In an inpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication.

FT position available, 36 hour D/N, 8 and 12 hour shifts. Weekends, Holidays and Clinical Coverage per unit policy.

In conjunction with RN team provide direct patient care to antepartum, post-partum and surgical patients. Strong commitment to customer focused and family centered care. Demonstrates strong teamwork, work ethic and professionalism. Has good interpersonal skills, prioritization and organizational skillset and clinical competence.  LPN licensure required.
