Senior SAP Developer

As a Senior SAP Developer at Endeavor Consulting Group, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into efficient SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass SAP development, workflow & RPA creation/implementation, integrations with SAP (technical) and non-SAP products (functional), as well as advanced coding when necessary. Your technical expertise and ability to transform client needs into practical SAP solutions will be central to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend client needs and objectives, serving as the technical expert in discussions with clients.
• Solution Design: Lead technical design of SAP solutions, primarily in SAP Build Process Automation and possibly other SAP products/systems such as S4 Hana, Fiori, Signavio, and more, to address client-specific requirements. Also, play a functional role to advise on strategy when integrating with non-SAP systems.
• SAP Development: Develop SAP Build solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency, while integrating with other SAP products as needed.
• Advanced Coding: When necessary, apply advanced coding skills to address complex client requirements and customize SAP solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the reliability, security, and performance of implemented SAP solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the SAP development process, including specifications, configurations, and code repositories.
• Technical Support: Provide post-project technical support to clients (if needed), troubleshoot issues, and optimize implemented SAP solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage your understanding of industry needs, including life science and other sectors, to tailor SAP solutions that align with specific operational requirements.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in SAP tech, continuously enhancing your technical skills.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP solutions using SAP’s Build Process Automation including workflow creation, RPA configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Understanding of business process management and robotic process automation highly desired.
• Proficiency in SAP technologies and coding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Previous experience working with clients from various industries.
• Flexibility to switch between SAP development and advanced coding as needed.
• Relevant certifications in SAP and related technologies (preferred).
