About the role

Primary Duties / Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the modernization of performance management routines, including goal setting, feedback, and individual development, by supporting data collection, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of tools, resources, and processes 
  • Support DFA’s employee listening strategy through projects related to employee engagement surveys, experience surveys, pulse surveys, and action planning, including survey setup support, data organization, basic analysis, and preparation of insights for stakeholders 
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and supporting materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to HR partners, people leaders, and other internal stakeholders 
  • Assist with the development of resources and tools (e.g., guides, job aids, templates) that help people leaders effectively manage performance, development, and engagement 
  • Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance employee listening and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Corporate HR teams, as appropriate, to support enterprise-wide talent management initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs 
  • Other duties and projects as assigned, based on business priorities and intern learning objectives  
Qualifications

The qualified candidate will be enrolled in a master's program with a degree focus in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
