Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Intelligence Analyst - Senior Supervisor to manage a program area within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

• Lead personnel supporting program actions

• Applying near real-time technical problem-solving skills, monitoring near real-time system status

• Provide operational response to system alerts and changes in the system environment, to include system reconfiguration, data analysis, and data reporting

• Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems

• Advise and assist in effect design changes to improve operational efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations

• Maintain operational event logs and records

• Frequently interaction and collaboration with customers and peers working in a closed environment

• Perform outlined duties on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree

• 5 years minimum, Intelligence (Signals) Analysis experience

• 3 years minimum, leadership
