This role will collaborate closely with the region and manufacturing sites for Feminine Care products.</p> <p><span><span>Project execution</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Deliver engineered product development and scale-up for Feminine Care products.</span></li> <li><span>Optimize engineered ingredients to meet objectives and raw material availability.</span></li> <li><span>Support technical R&amp;D functions, define the execution pathway, ensure deliverables remain on track, and support technical problem-solving.</span></li> <li><span>Operate semi-independent of technical direction.</span></li> <li><span>Execute pipeline activities including evaluation of new materials.</span></li> <li><span>Support product science consumer-centric visualization in partnership with translational science colleagues</span></li> <li><span>Execute technical project work, including scale-up activities and analysis, with hands-on involvement.</span></li> <li><span>Manage routine organizational processes and complexity.</span></li> <li><span>Deliver guidance and solutions to technical problems.</span></li> <li><span>Provide progress/updates to the cross-functional project team.</span></li> <li><span>Follow standards and ensure the department meets quality, medical, and regulatory requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Deliver all development document E2E for the development product process compliantly.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>Technical Understanding</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Deliver engineered product technologies expertise of Feminine Care products.</span></li> <li><span>Optimize engineered ingredients to meet objectives and raw materials availability.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with external partners, Suppliers, Clinical sites, and testing laboratories to support new product activity.<span> <span> </span></span>(if applicable)</span></li> <li><span>Monitor equipment operations and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.<span> <span> </span></span>(if applicable)</span></li> <li><span>Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential applications of our brands and products.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>Internal/external partnership management</span></span></p>
