Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all operations within the detailing department, ensuring vehicles are detailed to the highest standards.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of detailers to provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and delivery teams to meet scheduling and quality expectations.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows and quality control processes.
• Manage inventory of detailing supplies, tools, and equipment; ensure all items are stocked and properly maintained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the detailing area.
• Interact directly with guests to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the detailing services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay: $20.00/ Hour

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in automotive detailing is required;  Experience with buffing, polishing, and working on highline Vehicles preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with detailing products, tools, and techniques.
• Guest Service Orientation: Commitment to delivering a high level of service and quality to our guests.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
