Summer 2026 Internship Program – Quality Control Internship

Location: Germantown, WI

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Intern at our Germantown, WI office. 

The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting analyses, results entry and reporting as well as processing of quality related documents. 
• Review of product specifications to ensure products manufactured are safe, reliable and meet both internal and external standards to promote customer satisfaction.

You Bring:

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biology, Microbiology or related.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
