About the Role: As a (Senior) Broadcast Specialist at dentsu Finland, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of broadcast advertising campaigns across various mediums - TV, online video, radio, and cinema, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every step. Your expertise will shine as you take ownership of dedicated accounts, guiding both domestic and global clients in making strategic and cost-effective decisions.
In addition to daily campaign work we cooperate with internal and external stakeholders including the biggest media houses to secure the best solutions for clients. Beyond your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to participate and create innovative solutions in marketing-related projects aligned with your interests and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of TV, online video, radio, and cinema campaigns from the start to end.
- Provide recommendations for creative service initiatives by defining creative specifications and conducting competitive analyses to ensure campaigns stand out.
- Actively contribute to weekly client activities, providing updates and insights to foster client relationships and align strategies with different solutions.
- Stay informed about industry changes, translating emerging trends and developments into actionable recommendations for campaign success.
- Build strong relationships within the client services team, with clients, and with media partners to create a foundation for effective collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in broadcast media, specifically TV and radio; experience with online video and cinema is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of TV and audio metrics; familiarity with video and cinema metrics is a plus.
- Experience with media booking systems and tools such as TechEdge.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive drive to learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently and manage client accounts with minimal supervision.
Extras:
- Experience in annual negotiations and excellent Office system skills, particularly Excel, are highly desirable.

We offer a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, and you will be based at our office in Helsinki, Finland. The position will be filled as soon as we have found the right candidate.
