Senior Product & UX Designer

<p>We are a product-driven organization looking for a Senior Product and UX Designer to help us innovate on a platform that delivers data-rich reporting and insights that help our customers win. We are seeking for an individual with creative vision, customer obsession, and technical acumen to deliver user-centric design solutions and experiences. Your primary role will be to research and design value-driven usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. This position will be reporting to the Senior Director, UX &amp; Product Design.</p> <p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong><br/>•    Leverage a human-centered design process to lead and deliver easy-to-use user interfaces and user experiences.<br/>•    Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design features and digital experiences.<br/>•    Keep the customer in mind at all times with each initiative, product, feature and user story to ensure ease of use, consistency and customer satisfaction.<br/>•    Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.<br/>•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to allow you to work closely with and communicate ideas to Product Managers, Developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.<br/>•    Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.<br/>•    Develops high level, detailed storyboards and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.<br/>•    Create prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.<br/>•    Prototype design solutions for review, testing, and handoff to engineering.<br/>•    Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business and usability goals.<br/>•    Balance experimentation with execution and delivery.<br/>•    Present design work to multiple teams for review and feedback.<br/>•    Work on both release track and future vision concepts for your product.<br/>•    Contribute to the UX foundation resources and assets repository, such as the design system, style guides, and design pattern library.<br/>•    Contributes to the organizations shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.<br/>•    Serve as liaison for the UX team from the Berlin/Brno office.</p> <p><strong>About you:</strong><br/>•    5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX Design, particularly in browser-based applications<br/>•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a equivalent experience and certifications<br/>•    Self-starter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the team and the work delivered<br/>•    Strong working knowledge of UX design and User interface design principles<br/>•    Experience with user testing and usability analysis<br/>•    Tech-savvy<br/>•    Work independently to lead and drive large initiatives.<br/>•    A conceptual thinker with the ability to analyze and break work down into near and long term phases. <br/>•    Excel at managing and influencing a broad stakeholder group.<br/>•    Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results on time in a high pressure, dynamic environment.<br/>•    Knowledge and proficiency with industry tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira are required.</p> <p>Interested?
