POSITION SUMMARY: Performs repairs and maintenance of the facility.

Environmental Factors: slippery or uneven surfaces, working with hands in water, working closely with others, steam.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Painting (indoor and outdoors) .

Outside grounds check Preventive maintenance.

Maintaining all plant doors.

Floor, walls, ceiling repair and maintenance.

General cleaning as required.

Caulking.

Light fabrication.

Restroom; Locker room; Break room; Training room and Maintenance

General building Maintenance

Mezzanine Maintenance

Roof Maintenance

Office Maintenance

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred

Basic Computer Skills

Ability to work flexible hours and days (weekend work as scheduled)

Plumbing and/or Basic Carpentry skills preferred

Able to work in elevated areas

Good people skills

Demonstrated good GMP, attendance, performance and safety record
