In this role, you will champion quality assurance excellence, streamline testing workflows, and foster a high‑performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <p>You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and ensure that these solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing delivery pipelines. Your responsibilities will include establishing rigorous standards for test coverage, reliability, and performance while maintaining alignment with project objectives and client expectations.</p> <p>You will analyze testing outcomes, create detailed reporting dashboards, monitor key quality metrics, and translate results into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and federal clients. Although primarily a leadership role, you may occasionally engage in hands‑on testing to navigate complex technical scenarios or support your team during critical project milestones.</p> <p>Your success will be supported by experience with industry‑standard automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress), proficiency with test management platforms, and exposure to Agile delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative tools such as Confluence and Jira.
