Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting the logistics flow with resilience and professionalism.</p><p><strong>Customer-Focused Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Process and manage daily customer orders and distribution accounts with accuracy and urgency.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.</li><li>Monitor and trace orders, providing timely updates to customers and addressing concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><strong>Logistics &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Generate and verify all necessary documentation for customer work orders, including special requests and inventory records.</li><li>Perform accurate data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure timely and precise billing for clients and vendors, maintaining transparency and trust.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.</li><li>Provide warehouse teams with the necessary documentation and information to support efficient receiving and shipping.</li><li>Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, including transportation providers.</li></ul><p><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Resilience</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain logs for damages and backorders, ensuring follow-up and resolution.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to management when needed, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability.</li><li>Support miscellaneous projects, research, and administrative tasks with flexibility and a can-do attitude.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance &amp; Standards</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to all internal procedures and external regulations, including Operational Process Standards (OPS) and customer-specific requirements.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Understanding transportation process of all models is a plus</li><li>Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)</li><li>Fluent in English at least B2 (First certificate) it will be checked during the interview.</li><li>6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, time management skills in addition to a professional manner</li><li>Positive and willing to help attitude</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely obtain positive results</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Expeditors offers excellent benefits:</p><ul><li>Great environment/place to work</li><li>Career Development</li><li>Interdepartmental - Cross training</li><li>Internal / External training (52 hours/year)</li><li>Access to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Health and Live Insurance</li><li>Other benefits to be confirmed during the interview process</li></ul>
