Ensures efficient flow of workload, by supervising a team and coordinating department needs, assigns tasks to ensure timely patient contact, and completes financial assistance cases promptly.

• Coordinates financial counseling services for clients.
• Supervises and trains financial counseling staff.
• Monitors client financial case progress and provides guidance.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to optimize financial counseling services.

Experience:

• Two years’ experience in scheduling, billing, registration, insurance authorization or customer service, required.
• Experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
