Case Aide

SUMMARY: The HOPE Housing Program Case Aide will be an integral part of the HOPE Housing programs and will work closely with the entire Team as well as the clients within this supported housing program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the HOPE Housing Team with daily tasks for our clients
• Prepare check requisitions, maintain trackers and program records for our clients
• Attend team meetings and relevant trainings
• Serve as a liaison with clients and other social service providers as needed
• Follow up and maintain client apartment work orders in system (Rent Manager)
• Maintain accurate records as it relates to the HOPE Housing program and our clients
• Connect with and contact vendors as needed, maintain vendor list, update as needed
• Maintain/Update program documents/logs as needed in collaboration with the Team.
• Order client supplies in collaboration with the Team
• Work closely with the Program Director to maintain/create systems for the HOPE Housing programs

Qualifications:

• Position requires High School Diploma or equivalent, at minimum
• Experience with population and substance use disorder (SUD) clients
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Good organizational and computer skills
• Must be able to multi task in a high paced social service environment
• Physical ability to perform the essential job functions is needed
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program/clients
