We are currently seeking a Senior Operation Program Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Operation Program Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and enhancing program performance within clinical trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies, implement best practices, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
What You Will Be Doing:- Managing and overseeing the operational aspects of clinical programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices, making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitating cross-functional meetings and communications, ensuring alignment and transparency among project teams and stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining program documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and operational reports.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Supporting audits and inspections by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Staying informed about industry trends and advancements in clinical trial operations to continuously enhance program performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in clinical operations or program management, with a strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and ethical practices in all operational activities.
