Join us and make an impact today! POSITION PURPOSE:As a Talent Advisor (TA) Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the TA Team by optimizing and streamlining the recruitment lifecycle. This position involves overseeing various operational aspects of the recruitment function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. The individual will collaborate with Talent Advisors and other stakeholders to implement and enhance recruitment processes, metrics, and systems. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Optimization
  • Streamline and improve efficiency of recruitment processes and enhance overall effectiveness of recruitment function by implementing best practices
  • Regularly review and update recruiting tools, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.

  • Data and System Management
  • Audits accuracy of data and analyzes recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of reporting.
  • Generate regular reports for key stakeholders (e.g Executive, TA team) to inform decision making
  • Act as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other related tools.

  • Collaboration
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Collaborates with our Talent Development team to provide trainings for team members and hiring managers.
  • Oversees TA Coordinators and supports growth opportunities.

  • Other
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new Talent Advisors and Coordinators, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend training programs as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with 2+ years in recruitment operations
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Lever) and other recruitment tools
  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition function with strong understanding of the recruiting life cycle process
  • Proficient in creating reports, analyzing data, and drawing insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Experience managing a small team

The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $90,000- $120,000.
