Director of Finance

Calabrio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization and driving sustainable growth. You will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations that will enable informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization in line with company goals and objectives
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors

We're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in the technology industry or SaaS environment is a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior finance leadership role
