At Trissential, we’re looking for a Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst with Information Governance expertise to join our client’s team, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping and maintaining SharePoint environments that drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and support strategic business objectives.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SharePoint solutions to support enterprise collaboration and document management
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective SharePoint configurations and customizations
• Administer SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online (M365), ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance
• Lead SharePoint migrations, including content migration from on-premise environments to SharePoint Online
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications, enhancing system interoperability
• Develop and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Implement records management and retention policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, providing user support and training as needed
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure SharePoint solutions align with organizational goals

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint On-Premises
• Expertise in Microsoft Modern Experience and SharePoint Online (M365) (strongly preferred)
• Strong background in SharePoint migrations, content structuring, and metadata management
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Information Governance (IG), and records management best practices
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and compliance officers to drive SharePoint adoption
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on user support and workflow optimization

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Information Governance are a plus
