About this roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our ML-driven Personalization products.  These products include personalization models, as well as recommendation products that provide a more personalized experience throughout our customer’s online journey.  Our team’s mission is to develop products and services that deliver the best user experience to our customers as well as influence data-driven product, marketing, and business decisions for GoodRx.
This role has high visibility across the company.  You will develop a full understanding of all consumer touch points across all GoodRx products, and partner with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Managers across other teams to define, develop, and launch products and services that support GoodRx’s growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and execute against personalization product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Leverage customer behavior data and solicit ideas and feedback from different business verticals to build a fully fleshed out product backlog
  • Partner with engineering, data science, data analyst, marketing, and legal to develop and deliver on personalization and recommendation Machine Learning models
  • Define success KPIs and instrument processes to measure and report progress on goals
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence cross-team development and manage risks or trade-offs
  • Socialize product launches and onboard internal customers across different business units, as well as support feature requests to evolve and scale these products
  • Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Ensure consumer privacy laws, such as state-specific health data restrictions or needs, are represented in the product strategy and roadmap

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company with a focus on personalization products
  • Proven track-record of developing consumer products based on customer insights & research
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle to deliver large-scale product features and improvements
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative data to help drive decisions
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for healthcare and the GoodRx mission

Nice to Have:

  • General data analysis experience (SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Experience working in the healthcare/healthtech space with attention to consumer privacy
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:
San Francisco Office $143,000 - $229,000Seattle & New York Office $131,000 - $210,000Santa Monica Office $119,000 - $191,000
