About the Role:
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, personalized therapy services for children in the Brownsville area. You'll help children build independence, meet developmental milestones, and improve daily functioning—all from the comfort of their homes.
Scheduling Options:
- PRN: Fewer than 12 visits/week
- Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy in the home.
- Coach families on daily strategies and home programs.
- Collaborate with other care providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Document sessions, goals, and progress clearly and on time.

Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
