The ADAS team is currently seeking a Senior Manager, ADAS/Autonomous Driving in the Sensor Hardware Group to be responsible for the ADAS/AD Sensors Component Owners group. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of successfully bringing new automotive ADAS and AD sensing system into production.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage Sensing Component Owners team responsible of all electrical designs and specification of Cameras, Radars , Lidars, and Ultrasound sensors
- Contribute to the ADAS/AD component sensing roadmap development, strategic planning and production rollout
- Lead sensors electrical design, electrical integrations, electronics DVPV validation, Tier1 component level SW release and validation.
- Lead collection of sensing requirements from perception and features and translate that into cutting edge ADAS/AD Sensing Technologies.
- Be responsible for all the ADAS sensors EE design release and approvals
- Manage supplier partnership and engagement
- Drive the ADAS/AD sensors specifications with creative ideas together with the Electrical architecture team to bring each ADAS/AD sensor to the next level providing a best in class premium experience
- Work closely with Tier 1 suppliers and internal teams to implement innovative solutions
- Manage the group to the timely delivery of fully validated, high-quality products
- Work closely with other teams including cybersecurity, OTA, manufacturing, service and others to ensure good communication to deliver best product.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
- 12+ years of related experience
- 3 years of managing experience from automotive OEM or a Tier1
- 10 years working in ADAS Sensing technologies
- Previous technical lead experience with ADAS customer functions and/or at a Tier 1 or OEM
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable (safety) standards for typical ADAS features (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262, FMVSS, EuroNCAP)
- Proven track record of bringing automotive ADAS sensing technologies into production
- In-depth experience in Electrical design , packaging & integration of the ADAS components
- Experience designing, production release, testing and bringing up EE complex hardware systems
- Experience with automotive supplier interaction, specification development, product release management, change management
- Capability and creativity to successfully complete projects with unconventional ideas in highly constrained, innovative environments
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years and Masters in computer science, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
- or a PhD with 5 years experience
