This full-time associate role has a set annual gross base salary of $72,000.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE  
As a Business Associate, you will work together with team members across the company to make recommendations for solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, and data and technology performance. You will work on a best-in-class team within our Enterprise Operations division.

The ‘Enterprise Operations’ division executes the processes and transactions that enable the business and support of customers, while focusing on continuous improvement and innovation of operation processes.  They ensure transactions are processed accurately and effectively.  

ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT YOU’LL RECEIVE 

First Year Forward   
As a full-time associate, you will have the opportunity to be part of First Year Forward (FYF), an immersive experience designed to complement your on-the-job training. FYF will help you gain exposure to our business and provide networking opportunities during your first 12 months and beyond. While in your new role, First Year Forward will empower you to succeed through:

  • Access to an online portal for information sharing and career development tools   

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

Minimum Qualifications:    

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship   
  • Academic achievement (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above)   
  • Bachelor’s degree obtained between December 2022 and May 2023   

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations or Management preferred 
  • Strong analytical background   
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere    
  • Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results-focused   
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written   
  • Fluency and aptitude with technology applications

Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
