Senior Game Producer - Teamfight Tactics, Major Projects

As a Senior Game Producer for Teamfight Tactics, Major Projects, you will lead work across Teamfight Tactics and partner teams to deliver a quality experience for players. You will own the Major Projects roadmap, coordinating work across the team’s projects, and ensuring excellence in execution and delivery. You will maintain a clear picture of the delivery status of all work, resolve blockers, address risks, and provide TFT leadership with visibility on progress. You will report to the lead of the Major Projects initiative on Teamfight Tactics.

Responsibilities: 

• Drive delivery of all features necessary to launch Major Projects on Teamfight Tactics
• Build, update and own the work schedule for the team
• Make progress visible to secure stakeholder confidence, using the right method to match the needs of each stakeholder group
• Manage dependencies to ensure teams aren’t blocked 
• Facilitate prioritization conversations, aligning all parties on tradeoffs where necessary to meet project goals
• Create, maintain, and improve the processes we use to coordinate work
• Ensure optimal team health and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a production role in the games industry
• You have experience building relationships across a variety of disciplines, personalities, backgrounds, and goals
• Experience shipping games or game updates on PC and mobile
• Experience with multiple development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) and with JIRA.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with a creative discipline in games like Art and Design
• Program management experience in a large, distributed organization
• Experience working across time zones and languages
