Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance software applications using the latest technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery of quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and drive best practices for code quality and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
