  • Expand “Get Smart with OCMO” content and reach, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Alignment

  • Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Support Clinical Subcommittee topics, ensuring preparation and follow-through for OCMO leaders.

  • Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across OCMO and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact

  • Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and forums

4. Team Development & Culture

  • Collaborate with GMDs and OCMO leadership to define team culture, strategy, and professional development pathways.

  • Support OCMO education initiatives, including physician workgroups, live meetings, and training sessions.

  • Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder engagements to drive alignment, learning, and growth.

  • Build and reinforce the GMD team brand by highlighting its role, contributions, and impact across the Village.

  • Promote engagement by ensuring teammates feel connected to Village strategy, values, and outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.  Preferred degree areas include Healthcare Administration, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
